“What are your hours?”

Our office schedule is as follows:

  • Monday: 7:30am – 7:30pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Wednesday: 8:00am – 6:30pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday: 7:30am – 12:00pm

“Do you take my insurance?”

Our office is a provider of most insurance companies through an employer. We are a Premier provider for Delta Dental and participate with most of their plans. Also, we are a HealthPartners, Teir II Plan provider. We do not accept any Medical Assistance or any other state plans, along with DMO, HMO, or most PPO plans. Please contact our office or your insurance company for further questions.

”Do you see children?”

Yes, we see children of all ages. The most common age to bring in a toddler for their first visit is around 3 years old. It's usually a “ride in the chair” depending on how much they cooperate. An exam and polish of their teeth will be completed.

“Can I be billed?”

Our financial policy states the estimated patient portion must be paid in full on the date of service rendered. We estimate your insurance benefits by percentage, depending on your personal benefit limitations. You are then responsible for the remaining balance. If you do not have insurance and paying with check or cash, we can give a 5% discount toward your account. For seniors 60 and older, we offer a 10% discount toward your account if paying with check or cash.

“What financing options do you offer?”

We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, and CareCredit.
