Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management (with an emphasis on human resources) from St. Cloud State University and a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management. She is also an active member of the Twin Cities Human Resources Association (TCHRA).
